About Willis Garrett
It has always been a passion of mine to help people with mental illness feel a sense of dignity, respect, and independence. I am currently a Vistelar Instructor. I lead and facilitate training of all new employees in techniques in reverse yelling and de-escalation techniques that are safe when dealing with the mental health population. My goal is to open an Adult Family Care Home to service the mental health and elderly population. By opening up Adult Family Care Homes and Group Homes, I plan to help establish more job opportunities within the community.
