Summary: Direct Extension of Plant overseer of day-to-day operations, launch IT/MHE/building procurement, launch/future outlook planning, and financial performance for multiple sites and customers in the greater southeast Michigan area. Currently servicing Detroit Assembly Complex Mack (Stellantis Account) Warren Truck Assembly Plant (Stellantis Account) Factory Zero Assembly Plant (General Motors Account) in their production builds of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Ram, Grand Wagoneer, and a host of all-electric vehicle models. Each of these large-scale operations are unique and require an accumulative salaried staff of 177 employees an hourly workforce over 1900 union and temporary employees to support. My operations are similar in a sense of all being high volume assembly plants, with 3 shift operations producing over 3100 vehicles a day between all three plants. My customer plants are successfully supported with a warehouse inside a warehouse concept meaning we successfully have segregated; sequence centers that include 162 sequenced commodities with 1710 sequenced parts, three bulk metering centers of 29 routes with bulk parts, three small lot CMAs with 34 routes and 2,963 parts, over 760 inbound/outbound trailer loads a day, and a yard trailer management of over 900 trailers. These operations run segregated with the common goal of servicing our customer plants without interruption and 100% accuracy supported by error proofing auditing.
