As a partner of school design, I\'ve had the privilege of collaborating with a variety of stakeholders in partnership to redesign schools to foster transformative educational models and programs.My key contributions include:Strategic Partnerships: Supported an integrated approach to HQIM (High-Quality Instructional Materials) and Blended Learning Models in Texas schools. I also played a role in introducing SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) initiatives, such as morning advisories, Meditation Mondays, and restorative circles.Grant Strategy and Execution: Helped craft coherence among diverse stakeholder groups, aligning goals and actions to meet the School Action Fund Grant requirements. This effort was instrumental in executing a Blended Learning Redesign that aligned with the Effective Schools Framework, integrating HQIM, RBIS (Research-Based Instructional Strategies), high-impact tutoring, and an extended school day.Innovative Pilot Programs: Orchestrated and evaluated quarterly pilot programs aimed at adopting cutting-edge curricular internalization processes, station rotation models, new PLC structures, and blended lesson frameworks across schools in Texas.Partnering for Impact: Partner with other school design partners in setting impact goals and developing evidence bases. This role is critical in synthesizing team insights to establish an organizational database that centralizes knowledge and drives strategic decision-making.Leadership through Innovation: Co-designed and facilitated a highly successful Innovation Summit with over 70 stakeholders, achieving a 100% satisfaction rating.
