At Bridgewell, I lead staff who provide quality services to people with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and productivity in their everyday lives. We collaborate with each client and their families as well as BCBA’s to offer individualized support, guidance, and advocacy, based on their needs and goals. Along with this, I have developed an individualized Program and curriculum. this has given individuals in our program an average goal Success rate of 80-100%. Alongside being a Service Manager, I am the Human Rights Officer/ Safety Coordinator for our day program. I develop and implement necessary education of Human Rights/Safety to people in our Bridgewell community. Through interactive learning activities. I strive to make a positive difference in the lives of each of the people we serve. empowering them to reach their full potential, providing genuine care and support tailored to their needs. I am honored to have the privilege of serving individuals in our community. At TikTok, I develop and share long and short form video/photo content, advocate for Marginalized Communities; ex: LGBTQIA+, BLM, and various Social media advocacy. Alongside I also do Makeup tutorials, Satirical Media, Makeup transformations, Human Rights Advocacy, Public reform activism, and much more.
