Instead, we greatly value the relationships with both our clients and lenders. Over the past 30 years, we have forged deep relationships with several correspondent Life Insurance Companies. We pride ourselves on tailoring the right loan solution for our clients needs, rather than fitting them into a 3/5/7-yr fixed box. Loan terms of 10+ and even 20+ years fixed are available and can be tailored to fit the particular deal - E.G. a 16-yr or 17-yr fixed on a 15-yr lease, so you have 2 years to lease the property, should the tenant vacate. Also available are automatically renewing loans, which means there can be NO MATURITY DEFAULT, which is very attractive, especially on single-tenant properties with binary risk.
