I was recruited as the co-founder of Western Alliance Bank\'s (originally Bridge Bank) life sciences group and charged with establishing and growing the practice within the bank. Originally I was responsible for all areas of life sciences portfolio management nationwide (including establishing and maintaining the credit policy, underwriting and funding new transactions, and training new employees within the group). In 2020 I moved into a role focused on the broader growth of the life sciences team, our market presence, and relationships with founders/investors across the life sciences spectrum.
