About William Weekley

I am a partner at Deloitte where I lead our Central Texas Audit & Assurance practice in Austin and San Antonio. I work with a wide variety of companies from venture capital and private equity backed companies to large public registrants in our TMT, consumer and industrials industry practices. My experience in working with my public and private audit clients includes a broad variety of accounting issues and transactions, SEC reporting matters, IFRS reporting, and global audit management, among others. I also advise non-audit clients on complex accounting and reporting issues including adopting new standards, evaluating unusual transactions, IPO readiness, SOX rationalization, and SEC reporting. I am a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and am a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. I\'m also accredited under Deloitte’s IFRS accreditation program.
