I currently serve as the Vice President of Ballpark Operations, Public Safety, and Fan Experience at the award-winning Las Vegas Ballpark—home to the Triple-A Las Vegas Aviators. With more than 32 years of experience spanning law enforcement, executive protection, venue operations, and guest experience, I’ve built a career around making places safer, more efficient, and more memorable for everyone who walks through the gates.From flagship properties on Wall Street to Waikiki, I’ve led security operations across the country—managing teams and public safety strategies for iconic malls, major special events, and high-profile clients. Think concerts, celebrity events, golf tournaments… and yes, even the Gathering of the Juggalos.At Las Vegas Ballpark, I’ve overseen operations for nationally recognized events like the NFL Pro Bowl Skills Challenge, the Savannah Bananas World Tour, the Battle for Vegas charity softball game (featuring NFL vs. NHL athletes), and the Triple-A National Championship Games (2022–2025). Under my leadership, our ballpark has earned Ballpark of the Year honors 3 of the last 4 seasons.Before Seaport Entertainment Group spun off from Howard Hughes Holdings, I served as VP of Public Safety across five states—including oversight of Summerlin, the #1-ranked master-planned community in the U.S. I partnered with law enforcement and development teams to integrate long-term public safety strategies, earning multiple commendation letters from LVMPD for public-private collaboration.In addition to my core roles, I’ve also consulted with clients nationwide—building security departments from the ground up, crafting training programs that engage and empower, and negotiating vendor contracts that protect the bottom line.Whether it\'s building stadium teams, supporting law enforcement, or reimagining how fans experience a venue, I believe success comes from blending structure with service.One of my core strengths is leveraging security technology—from surveillance systems and access control to threat detection and public notification platforms—to create smarter, more scalable solutions across public and private venues.Let’s connect—especially if you’re in the business of turning “good enough” into unforgettable.

   Following the August 2024 spin-off from Howard Hughes Holdings, I continued in my executive leadership role overseeing stadium operations, public safety, and fan experience for Las Vegas Ballpark, home of the Triple-A Las Vegas Aviators.This role is a continuation of my work that began under Howard Hughes Holdings in 2014, where I helped lead the vision, development, and operational excellence of the Ballpark and fan experience platform. My ongoing focus remains on delivering seamless operations, elite guest experiences, and innovative public safety programs that keep Las Vegas Ballpark recognized as one of MiLB’s premier venues.
