A dedicated construction quality control manager with more than 29 years of professional experience in all aspects of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) fuel system operations, maintenance, compliance, and personnel development including 15 years of quality control, inspection, and compliance, 10 years of project management experience consisting of training programs, system design, fuel system upgrades, prototype development and testing procedures and 10 years of contract administration work, including writing and reviewing performance work statements, as well as evaluating contractor performance as a contracting officer’s representative. My professional experience includes coordinating sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) programs and military construction (MILCON) projects with Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO), Air Force Petroleum Office (AFPET), and Defense Logistics Agency-Energy (DLA-E) offices; policy/fuel acquisition; asset management; environmental compliance; construction and systems development; force protection/vulnerability assessment; and personal security operations. Our recent projects span multiple strategic locations, leveraging my certifications in project management and continuous process improvement to enhance operational excellence. With a proven track record in leading large scale fuels construction projects, the teams I’ve partnered with deliver meticulous management across multiple contracts and task orders.
