I have served Fortune 500 companies in the US, Canada and Europe in retail, financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, life sciences, and other industries for over 25 years. Background I began my career architecting and building secure DoD and Defense Intelligence industry analytical networking systems including internet solutions in 1991. In 1993, I moved to the private sector and set my sights on a career at Microsoft. I worked for several startups in the mid-1990s developing skills in enterprise operating systems, SQL databases and business application design. I joined Microsoft in bringing modern computing solutions to industry. My professional focus is understanding business needs, then applying information AND technology engineering to solve the highest business priorities. How I Produce Results I created a unique solution,\"The Business of Business Analytics\" (see below). The model guides organizations through a brief process for turning raw data into information to address their top business priorities. After years of helping hundreds of customers, I happy to help committed customers deliver business insight and value. Personal I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband, and father of two boys.
