I\'m a legal professional and published historian with a passion for helping people and businesses navigate challenges with clarity and integrity. With a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law and a Master of Arts in History from the University of Mississippi, I bring an interdisciplinary perspective to the practice of law—grounded in thorough research, precise analysis, and authentic storytelling.Over the past several years, I’ve developed experience in corporate, regulatory, and litigation contexts, working with in-house legal teams and private firms across Mississippi and Alabama. I’ve also contributed to published works like the Mississippi Encyclopedia and taken on leadership roles in law school, serving as Co-Chair of the Cordell Hull Speaker Forum and mentoring 1L students as an Academic Success Advisor.At the intersection of law, history, and business, I aim to build trust, solve problems, and communicate effectively. Whether I’m working on a legal matter or writing about the American South, I care deeply about the story behind the data—and the people behind the story.I’m currently seeking opportunities where I can combine my legal training, writing skills, and business acumen with roles that value both strategic thinking and meaningful service.
