   Responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the United Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) program as well as research and development work on future flight deck technologies such as Aircraft Interface Devices (AIDs), pilot connectivity, and EFB mount/power initiatives- I serve as the EFB/iPad SME for Flight Operations, owning the resolution of any service escalations from pilots and other stakeholders; this involves collaboration with internal stakeholders such as United Digital Technology or Technical Operations and external vendors such as T-Mobile or 3rd party app developers- I work with the Flight Operations Technology Administrator to communicate with Chief Pilots\' Offices about operational changes, support strategies, and EFB logistics- Perform continuous improvement work for policies and procedures related to pilot technology and the EFB program such as the loaner program, the break/fix process, and service escalation process- Act as a liaison with United Crew IT for the maintenance and upgrades of EFB applications and operating system configuration- Oversaw the preparation for and roll-out of the 2022 EFB Refresh project, a $30M capital investment in new pilot technology- I participate in industry conferences and working groups to advance EFB best practices and industry/regulatory standards (EFB Users Forum, Jeppesen Customer Advisory Board, Flight Ops/MRO IT Conferences)
