   LTC Ally provides financial operations and revenue cycle management services to the long-term care industry. I joined as the company’s first in-house front-end developer and later transitioned to a full-stack role, collaborating on a customer software team with five internal developers and an offshore team of developers, QA testers, and designers. My work also includes training and mentoring developers. Highlights: • Built an internal tool to streamline and automate customer onboarding for LTC services, reducing redundancy and improving efficiency. The tool offers robust data management features with advanced filtering, sorting, and search capabilities, using React, TypeScript, Redux, AG Grid, Node.js, SQL Server, and Prisma. It also features a detailed permissions model based on users (e.g. facilities, groups, departments) and enables definition and application of custom access controls as needed. • Championed the use of AI and ChatGPT in software development to enhance productivity and code quality. Trained teams on AI best practices and leveraged AI for code reviews, feature development, refactoring, and architecting clean, scalable software designs.
