General Description: This position will serve as a support role to many groups across Wunderman as well as with external clients. Interaction points include Data Analysts, Service Managers, Service Directors, Account Directors, Infrastructure support personnel, and clients. This individual works as part of an operational team ensuring the client’s needs are addressed within a timely manner. Primarily, this position is responsible for:Processing jobs on the MainframeCommunicating with Service Management on client needsError reporting and diagnosisCommunicating daily with clientsWorking as a team to complete an assigned intern group projectEssential Functions / Responsibilities:Understanding of data processing in a Direct Marketing environmentWork effectively with programming and technical staff to resolve system issuesModify parameters into proprietary applicationsPerform quality checks on workProvide improvements to aid in client processesAble to provide information for problem resolutionFacilitate password resets between clients and the appropriate technical teams
