Select Career Highlights • Joined El Paso Global Networks on the ground floor and provided executive leadership of multiple departments as the company grew from $2M to $90M in annul revenue while circuit count expanded from to • Trained the Alpheus Project Management Team in coordinating and implementing fiber builds for end user clients when the company launched a fiber initiative in 2013 that was dedicated to constructing outside plant facilities to extend the Alpheus Communications network via fiber to end user premises. • Led the Alpheus Service Delivery Team in providing all service delivery functions in support of a newly launched data services operation in 2007 that marketed and sold directly to end user businesses. • Conceived and rolled out departmental assignments within Alpheus’s Service Activation Management system, allowing effective management of Alpheus products across the company as well as tracking of revenue/orders from the front-end departments to departments responsible for testing and turning up of services.
