About William Robichaud

I was the founder, president, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Collaborative Consulting. Since I founded the company in I have worked to define, communicate, and cultivate a vision of establishing Collaborative as a premier provider of business and technology services for leading organizations in New England and beyond. By providing the highest caliber of consultants to deliver the highest quality of solutions to our clients, we’ve been able to achieve that. I began the organization as a one-person startup, and, in the past 15 years, Collaborative has made profitable expansion into new markets and grown to the point where we now proudly boast over 400 employees spanning five offices throughout the US. I have more than thirty years working with information systems and technology, and, in that time, I have garnered substantial consulting, recruiting, sales, and management experience. In 1984, my career began as a programmer and analyst at Computer Assistance. From there, I ascended to a project management role. In 1987, I transitioned into recruiting, and served as a Manager of Professional Staffing. Within eight years, I became a Branch Manager. In 1989, after Computer Assistance merged with Coopers & Lybrand, now PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), I progressed into sales, and remained there for my next three years. In 1992, I joined Catalyst Consulting, and worked my way to become a Vice President of Sales. Following that, in 1996, I made my last stop before beginning Collaborative, as a Managing Partner of Business Technologies (later became Exodus Communications), where I managed sales and staffing for the entire firm. Additionally, I have contributed to and been featured in several business and industry publications, I’ve also served as a guest and keynote speaker on the topic of leadership at different academic and professional venues, and I’ve authored a chapter of Inside the Minds: CEO Leadership Strategies, published by Aspatore Books.
