   Oversee the system success for HRIS, Benefits, Total Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Staff Organization Development & Training and the employee portal for Azusa Pacific University. Direct the development of HR systems roadmap in partnership with IT and other business leaders while identifying best practices and efficiencies to meet current and future organizational needs. Direct the partnership with HR Functional Leaders and the Business Office to develop the HR processes and systems strategic plan to support all HR programs and initiatives, with a focus on recruiting, onboarding, employee benefits, leave management, employee relations and learning & development. Collaborate with Executive Directors, Senior Vice Presidents, the university’s general counsel and senior leadership in the development of Human Resources’ policies and procedures. Serves on special task forces for university-wide matters as needed. Develop the strategy and roadmap to maximize current and future HR Technology capabilities to support HR initiatives through security, analytics, business rules, processes and data flow. Create the strategy, design, and delivery of HR processes, solutions, and business analytics that drive and sustain a high-performance organization while ensuring quality services to the business and internal customers. Direct the identification, development, and implementation of new or revised HR technology-based processes, programs, reports, and solutions to support current and future state business requirements. Innovate through automation, process improvement, and systems enhancements, while focusing on improved efficiencies and continuous lean improvement.
