With over 20 years of IT operations experience, I am the VP IT, FinOPs, and Cloud Operations at iPipeline, a leading provider of cloud-based software solutions for the life insurance and financial services industry. I lead a global team of IT professionals who deliver reliable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions for our customers and internal stakeholders.My core competencies include implementing ITIL, ITSM, DevOps, and FinOps best practices across data centers, hybrid cloud, AWS, and Azure environments. I have successfully executed the AWS cloud cost-optimization program, which has saved millions of dollars in cloud spending and improved the cloud financial performance of iPipeline. I have also enabled the automation, engineering, product support, and IT support functions to deliver high-quality services and products to our customers.
