Accountable for installing and supporting servers for Healthcare Partners Investments. I provide support to help desk technicians, technical assistance on the different operating systems and provide Tier-2 technical issues.Provide important hardware support for servers, tape drives, and storage. I configure hardware, test new software and provide input into the design of our wired and wireless network.Tasked with up-grades, troubleshooting and solving problems in a system. Test the operating system and networking software; design and configure such systems. They determine which part of a system is not functioning well and replace this part with a better quality component.Performs regular monitoring of a system to make sure there are no system alerts. I provide feedback and suggestions for innovative advancements for system administration tasks.
