Develop integrated PLM solutions, spanning the full scope of NAVAIR’s Integrated Maintenance Concept (IMC) in support of larger IT modernization initiative-Develop project plans and charter documentation to help guide cross-functional collaboration between PLM, Depot and legacy capability project teams in scope of LOG IT modernization effort(s)-Execute requirements gathering and management activities aligned with product owner role-Serve as key enabler to the project’s Technical Architect: providing clearly stated requirements in the form of business process aligned diagrams, use cases, epics and user stories-Manage Agile development workflow and documentation using JIRA advanced roadmap tools-Participate in Agile ceremonies aligned with adaptive project management methodology-Develop and manage key project artifacts such as the project schedules, product roadmap, release, communications, data migration training, user onboarding and systems transition plans-Provide technical expertise and recommendations aligned with Naval Aviation maintenance management business practices defined within NAVAIR Maintenance Planning and Product Support Analysis Activities-Subject matter expert in Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Material Management, Logistics Product Data, Failure Modes and Criticality Assessment, Level of Repair Analysis, Maintenance Task Analysis, Maintenance Plan Development and the Integrated Maintenance Concept (IMC)-Utilize defined data schema for implementation / inclusion of Logistic Product Data (LPD) throughout PLM development, ensuring IMC continuity of newly developed capability-Facilitate data profiling, extraction, transformation and load approach to data migration, with technical aspects covered using System Requirements Specifications (SRS)-Adept at the use of MS Project professional, Visio, JIRA, Confluence and MS Office tools-Contribute to currency of the Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) artifacts.
