1. Deputy Director of Operations, Usafricom

   United States Air Force

   Jan 2016 — Present

   Overseeing all US military operations in Africa, I optimize equipment, assets, resources, and efficiencies while directing the Joint Operations Center. I set operational priorities and maintain approval authority for combat/protection measures. While doing so, I ensure the transparency and regulatory compliance of fiscal reports and operational processes. I hold executive-level position, expertly managing $70 million operations budget and 6,500 personnel across 53 countries. TOP-LEVEL COLLABORATION: I successfully worked with State Department, World Health Organization, Centers for Disease Control, Joint Staff, Congressional staffers, global ambassadors, international allies, and chief/senior officials from many different countries to conduct counterterrorism operations, respond to infectious diseases, and liberate ISIS-held territories. PROCESS ENHANCEMENT: After introducing procedures that increased situational awareness and prevented civilian casualties, I significantly improved location-tracking and communications with non-governmental organizations (NGOs) By revamping AFRICOM planning processes and training programs, I enabled the successful outcomes for 11 different US Embassy security threats.
