I’m Will… keen traveller, sports lover and founder of WRK digital. I moved to China when I was younger and after a year teaching English in Yangzhou, I returned to the UK and quickly fell into Tech Recruitment, 17 years later and I have built a network of exceptional people who I trust… people I have helped into new roles, clients I have supported and colleagues I’ve worked alongside.The last 10 years have been focused on leading teams, building businesses, and creating value… I lived and worked in London for 7 years, then relocated to Leeds, providing the opportunity to work with clients across the UK, hopefully bringing an honest, consultative and valuable perspective to the table.I founded WRK digital with the vision of becoming the most valued technology recruitment partner in the UK. A company people are proud to work for, an organisation that cares and a brand that is recognised as a market leader.
