I have worked in Newport County over the last 44 years, providing renovation, restoration, and construction services to close to clients. I am a retired Realtor of 18 years, working with buyers and sellers. I provide a full spectrum of services to anyone that owns residential or commercial property. My focus with clients is to educate and communicate the different options based on their goals so that they can make the right decision for what they want to accomplish, short term and long term. Providing solutions with the confidence that it is the right choice for the client has everything to do with my significant depth in experience and understanding as well as providing quality work. Understanding old school techniques is the foundation to using new materials and technology.As a building contractor, I have focused on problem solving with all facets of building construction, residential and commercial. As an expert in many aspects of building repairs and maintenance, I have assisted property managers, condominium associations, architects and engineers, property owners and investors, assisting in prioritizing, pricing and execution of anticipated building expenses or preservation. I have been ahead of the curve when it comes to creating green buildings and healthy homes, bringing those concepts and solutions to my customers since the late 1980\'s. Much of what I discussed with clients since that time has become standard practice in the building trade today. I am an energy expert with the background of making homes and living environments healthy, comfortable, and efficient. For the last decade we have been working with clients restoring homes in the Newport area, creating exciting bathrooms and kitchens, along with enhancing homes to today\'s living standards.I purchased my grandfather\'s business in 1985, which he established in 1927. In that time period, my grandfather and I were and have been involved in property development and all phases of construction that touches on all that you can imagine that can be done in a 96-year period. The stories and accomplishments are endless. We are smaller than we were in the past. In the 40\'s and 50\'s there were over 200 employees. In the 90\'s and early there were 40 to 50 employees.
