I am currently employed as the Transformation Project Manager at Inspired Global Cuisine, responsible for leading improvement activities, solving complex crossfunctional problems and managing large scale change to improve output and minimise costs. I graduated from the University of Glasgow in July 2018 with a Masters degree in Mathematics and also have experience in the childcare, education and service industries.I also worked for over two years in the defence sector as a Business Improvement Analyst and then a Lean Manufacturing Engineer on some of the most complex engineering challenges in the world, identifying, quantifying and resolving issues to provide tangible benefits to the organisation.Qualified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
