The primary objective of The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP)is to help older, unemployed, limited-resource Ohioans secure employment by providing them with paid job training assignments at nonprofit and government agencies. Transformed low program enrollment into high enrollment within several months; maintained over-enrollment for 2.5 years. Designed and implemented job search support systems that transformed project site from underperforming with its hiring objectives to exceeding them with 1.5 years. Designed and executed an outreach plan; built relationships with dozens of nonprofits. Manage a program budget annually (Department of Labor grant). Supervise 20+ office personnel who manage payroll, job coaching, and enrollment. Supervise 400+ program participants, and 100+ strategic partnerships. Planned and implemented a strategic plan that connected SCSEP applicants and participants with 250+ job training assignments across industries. Led the consolidation of two offices, including transferring personnel and equipment. Streamlined various essential processes, including program enrollment and payroll.
