About William Montoya
Growing up, I often dreamed that someday I would become an authentic leader. A leader who is aware of my strengths, limitations, and emotions and the type of leader that does not act one way in private and another in public. While serving over 19 years in the United States Army, I’ve learned alot about being a leader. I take pride in working hard to get the job done right the first time, I\'m a quick learner and motivated by teaching, mentoring and coaching those around me. Every location I’ve served, I’ve created an atmosphere where employees trust me, like me, and love my work ethic. I’m experienced in supervising and managing in the fields of Information Technology, Project Management, Operations Planning, Human Resources and Leadership. I often lead with my heart and not just my mind. Those early days spent dreaming of the type of leader I would become has greatly helped me in becoming the authentic leader I wanted to be.
