As a Golf Bag Room Attendant, I was responsible for delivering excellent service to club members from the moment they arrived. My role included greeting and assisting members, and ensuring their golf bags were organized on carts in the correct order of tee times. Each morning, we prepared the course and facilities to be fully ready for member use. Through this role, I developed strong communication and customer service skills, learned the importance of attention to detail, and gained a deeper understanding of professionalism, discipline, and putting others\' needs first.
