Responsibilities / Key Role ObjectivesDeliver Execution Excellence: Design and execute successful installation plans on time and under budget.Ensure field services meet the highest quality standard and our Customer First approach while navigating through roadblocks, creating resolution paths, managing key stakeholders\' expectations, and establishing OKRs, and objective milestones. Implement a Six Sigma process that supports process improvement. Maintenance: Co-own monitoring and dispatching of Support maintenance activities consistently exceeding established SLAs and achieving a high level of Successful Services. Third parties resource management and co-manage field technicians including the hiring and onboarding process.Leads and manages the Third Party management program implementation and on-boarding. Identify dense markets, negotiate rates, evaluate performance Interview, hire technicians and third parties across North America to support installations and ongoing maintenance, Field Services onsite, and remote installation and maintenance training. Partner with internal Roadrunner Recycling stakeholders (e.g. Marketplace, Customer Success, Field Operations, Product) to align Field Service activities with the customer\'s needs and strategy.Proactively outline and manage customer Field Service success factors, SLA metrics, and potential issues, and provide resolution recommendations. Maintain effective communication with Field Technicians using advanced communication technology to address their challenges and troubleshoot device-related issues.Serve as the voice of the customer (VOC) and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across Marketplace Operations. Project monthly volume and Field Service project oversight: Travel to various large projects to provide on-site project management (when required). Serves as a the Veteran Specialist for the DE & I Committee.
