Project Experience Highlights - PM for Ferrochrome Manufacturing Facility in Morrisville PA. Plant to be the first and only FeCr production plant in the US. FeCr is a key ingredient for the production of stainless manager for the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission new administration building at the Scudders Falls on ESIP’s for clients across NJ. Including Newark Public Schools, Old Bridge Township NJ, and the L. Klein Elementary School - Provided Pre-Construction Services for the Town of Guttenberg / Guttenberg BOE for an active elementary school addition / renovations project. Burlington County Human Services Facility Manager of Masonry Site Wall, Building Envelope Restoration and Roof Replacement Project on an active Human Services Building.Courtyard By Marriott - Glassboro NJ - Rowan University Contractor Project Manager of new 129 Room 4 story HotelSeven Eleven / Pizza Hut / Green Zebra Restaurant / Forever Young Emporium - Glassboro NJ - Acting Landlord on various small commercial construction projects at Rowan University.Cooper Medical School of Rowan University, Camden NJ )Provided Scheduling Assistance for Rowan University’s new s.f. medical school. Assisted urban construction of steel framed six story building and installation of state of the art medical equipment.Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School, NJ )Co- Project Manager for construction of new s.f. high school.
