About Jake Lenox
Pharmaceutical Manufacturing professional focused on producing high quality vaccines efficiently for our patients. In my current role I’ve had the opportunity to learn aseptic and clean room behavior, as well as several upstream processes including Autoclave, Stopper Process, SIP/CIP of portable tanks, and media formulation. I recently obtained my Yellow Belt Certification and as a part of the curriculum I completed 3 projects in our manufacturing space utilizing A3 Process of Problem solving, 5 why’s causation, fishbone diagram, and 5s methods. My past experiences in business as an outside salesman for CED provides me with a customer centric focus that also concentrates on the bottom line. I learned how to assess the competitive landscape and develop strategies to accomplish my sales goals. Through sports I developed a passion for competing and continuous improvement, and I bring that same intensity from the field to the workplace.
