About Will Johnston
I lead Adobe’s Device Management team, which means we think about the employee experience and develop solutions to get IT out of the way. My team works to ensure the employee digital experience is a positive and seamless one. We reduce friction through innovative new technologies, whether it\'s Device Management tools like WorkspaceONE, virtual appliance services leveraging Microsoft Azure Desktop environment, or creating the ability for employees to provision devices without the need for IT. We take complex problems, break them down to their simplest form, and develop solutions with human centered design. These solutions align with industry best practices securing devices, employee data and Adobe IP, all while adhering to global corporate policy. I’ve been at Adobe for 13 years, and all of them have been interesting and challenging. When I started working here, people would ask me where I worked, and what I did. The answer of course was \"IT at Adobe\". But now, my answer is \"I get to work with the amazing people at Adobe, helping produce some of the best creative technology on the planet!\".
