Conducted novel research on the syntactic features of Antillean French-based Creoles alongside Dr. Isabelle Barrière\'s distinguished team in Guadeloupe, after which we presented our findings at l\'Université des Antilles in Guadeloupe. My work included data collection of Guadeloupean Creole to investigate specific phenomena which have not yet been studied. We then disseminated our findings to increase diversity in linguistic research and aid future efforts for documentation of Caribbean language and culture. This program is intended to foster cultural exchange and empower American and Caribbean researchers with STEM based research skills.
