The most important business asset I possess is my reputation as a person of integrity. Working with Seniors My dedication for working with seniors comes from a personal experience. I had a client in her early 80’s who had been approached by a “one-stop shopping” real estate support company for seniors. They were suggesting she invest in her home to prepare it for market and also had numerous “services” that seemed questionable. Upon hearing her story I decided to offer her my services. We were able to prepare her home for market for about 85% less than the other firm, a dollar savings. We also helped her family with the transitions of the move to a senior only community. The experience helped me identify the true need for people of integrity and experience to prevent seniors from being taken advantage of when selling their home.
