Over the years I’ve seen the same pattern repeat at every scale, from Badoo and Lyst to nearly five years at Meta: engineers move faster than traditional testing can keep up. Bugs slow teams not because we lack talent, but because our tools weren’t built for today’s pace. At Duku AI, I’m building the platform I always wished I had: intelligent agents that behave like real users, learn continuously, and give teams confidence to ship fast without fear. It’s the most ambitious problem I’ve worked on, and the most fun, small team, huge surface area, real impact.

I’ve spent my career building software that has to work when millions, sometimes billions, are relying on it.Meta taught me what scale really feels like. Badoo, Lyst, and Fiit taught me how to move fast without losing your footing. Across all of them, one truth stayed constant: engineering keeps accelerating; quality doesn’t.I watched world-class teams slow down not because they lacked talent or ambition, but because their testing couldn’t keep up. The frameworks were fragile. The process belonged to another era. Every new feature meant another patch, another rewrite, another blind spot. It never made sense to me that we’d build software for the future and validate it with tools from the past.So I decided to build what was missing.At Duku AI, we’re rethinking assurance entirely.
