I am an experienced molecular biologist and large molecule immunoassay scientist with a demonstrated history of assay development and over a decade of experience in cancer biology and virology techniques. I thoroughly enjoy applying the knowledge and skills I have. and all that I can find. to address assay development difficulties and the unique challenges that each one presents. Over my professional career, I have used these talents in the technical design, development, and validation of molecular diagnostics assays, immunoassays, and the transfer of methods and technology to partner sites. I have operated in GLP/GMP and ISO environments while authoring numerous protocols, SOPs and study reports. I have engaged cross functionally with intracompany project stakeholders, managed external business relationships and have purchased the occasional ice cream cake for team members to celebrate special occasions.
