Project Leadership & Coordination: Partnered with Pipeline supervisors to implement unique tracking and reporting for departmental roadmaps. This change increased transparency and communication, and therefore trust that all of our departments priorities and goals aligned with the rest of the company.Strategic & Tactical Planning: The budgets were very fluid, and almost entirely dependent on an ever changing cash flow; so in this role I created multi-year plans, and multiple contingency single-year plans for different income / investment levels.Budgeting & Forecasting: individual projects within each department’s roadmap would need additional budgeting and forecasting to ensure tools don’t go into cost overruns due to feature creep. Focused tracking of development work allowed us to capitalize the expenditure for shareholder reporting purposes.Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Delivered strong leadership to a cross-functional team in the management and execution of day-to-day responsibilities. Developed and maintained productive internal relationships; maintained all project schedules.
