My passion is challenging the status quo to improve how organizations manage risk and protect their workers.I have extensive experience leading innovative, enterprise-wide Health & Safety programs, developing and deploying risk management processes, and directly executing technical ergonomic and human factors assessments. In addition to roles within industry, I have extensive experience acting as an external consultant guiding organizations through their digital transformation journey in EHS. I work with customers to build out technology-enabled ergonomics programs which leverage advanced risk analytics and multi-point sensor systems to scale & standardize data collection. I collaborate with customers to create catered programs which help organizations operationalize ergonomic risk analytics and drive effective risk mitigation strategies. I support organizations in automating and digitizing ergonomic risk management processes to deliver a streamlined and scalable system for ergonomic assessment.
