   As the only C2 System Integrator in the state of Virginia, I play a key role in meeting operational and training requirements for the Air and Missile Defense (AMD) section within the 116th Infantry Brigade Combat Team and the Virginia National Guard. My duties and accomplishments include- Provided technical expertise and support to bring the 116th ICBT ADAM Cell in operational compliance by upgrading systems to meet current software and security baselines, validating functionality of tactical radios systems and peripherals, and engaging with industry partners to ensure schedule maintenance of the vehicles and all its subcomponents were mission capable- Provided AMD support for 5 operational training exercises, several of which included integration with AMD section from 5 other National Guard units- Supervise and coordinate operations, data link management, maintenance and training associated with: Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD) Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) systems; PATRIOT with the automated Battery Command Post (BCP) and other related systems- Responsible for coordinating the activities of computer technicians, for the maintenance of computers off the shelf, and common hardware software, including related equipment- Advise the commander on system use, capabilities and configuration management for all Guard AMD C2 systems. Provides monthly rollups of core systems to Brigade leadership to ensure operational awareness of AMD capabilities- Provides leadership, mentorship, and systems training to junior soldiers (MOS 14 series) to ensure knowledge transfer and to develop of pipeline for future 140As.
