Will Dove serves as Head of Risk and Ceded Reinsurance for Everest Insurance. He is responsible for all aspects of the global ceded reinsurance strategy, placement and execution. Will has over 30 years of experience in the property/casualty insurance and reinsurance industry as an actuary, underwriter and senior executive with leading companies, including Centre Re and ACE Limited and most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Extraordinary Re. As CEO of Extraordinary Re, Will led the design and development of an innovative trading market for reinsurance risk. Will is a recognized thought leader in InsurTech, Insurance Linked Securities, many classes of property-casualty insurance and reinsurance, and the actuarial profession. Will is consistently called upon for his insight in global (re)insurance outlets and on the speaking circuit in the U.S. and Bermuda. Will is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst. He graduated from Haverford College in Haverford, PA with a BA in Mathematics.
