Engage with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, and customers to achieve agency objectives. Mentor team of 18 supervisors and managers and 120+ engineers and technical staff. Oversee annual multimillion-dollar capital and operating budget. Laid foundation for culture change, implementing new standards for project management/delivery- Developed strategic framework for first structured goal-setting process to define measurable KPIs, create formal accountability, and introduce best practices for meeting design project completion goals- Improved conversations between engineering team and internal customers related to delivery of the Capital Improvement Program by using a collaborative approach, encouraging active listening, and promoting cross-department feedback loops throughout the process.
