ABOUT TOM EDDOLLS
I am an Office Leasing & Asset Manager at YTL Developments in Bristol. In this role, at the Brabazon development, I oversee the strategic management and leasing of the commercial office portfolio, ensuring the creation of vibrant, sustainable workspaces that attract leading occupiers and deliver long-term value for stakeholders.Prior to this, I worked at Knight Frank, joining the commercial graduate scheme after completing an MSc in Real Estate Finance and Investment at the University of the West of England. During my time at Knight Frank, I qualified as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and subsequently specialised in agency, development and lease advisory in the office sector, acting for both landlords and occupiers across South Wales.Alongside my role at YTL Developments, I serve in the Army Reserve with the Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers (Militia). I also foster trainee guide dogs and support fundraising initiatives for Guide Dogs UK.
