   We are a nonpartisan organization with a mission to build an engaged army of grassroots activists to empower states to be the foundation of governance Convention of States is actively working to call an Article V convention so that states can propose amendments to limit the power of the federal government in these three topics: term limits, fiscal restraints, and limitations on the scope, power, and jurisdiction of the federal government.
