Project Manager for a number of renewable and O&G projects, from contract award through to close out. Projects include large scale 3GW offshore wind farms, managing the array, cable route and substations scope through to emplacement of jack up rigs for oil clients. Key responsibilities include the following: Supervise project teams ensuring an efficient execution of agreed work in a way that the technical, commercial and contractual requirements are met. Ensure that clients are kept updated on changes in project timing or deliverables; Plan, organise, control, coordinate, projects in order to plan and monitor performance to the required and defined cost time and quality constraints; Manage project risk, including definition, development of mitigation plans, defining ownership of the risk mitigation and tracking performance of the mitigation; Develop project documentation, including project execution plans and project performance plans; Ensure that suitable change control procedures are employed, and that project risks are effectively identified and appropriately managed in accordance with Company procedures, HSE and Quality policies; Ensure that all non-conformities, accidents and incidents are recorded and addressed; Monitor project budgets, schedules and performance against KPIs; Prepare and conduct end of project reviews, including staff performance evaluation, KPIs and lessons learned; Ensure that invoices are prepared and delivered promptly according to contractual arrangements and, when required, chase up debtors; Act as a client contact on projects.
