ABOUT WILLIAM CROSSETT
My firm, MCVLaw, represents Injured Workers, in New York State. Our primary office is located in Syracuse, with branch offices in Chittenango and Watertown. We strive to meet all the legal needs of the Injured Workers. Not only will we investigate a Workers\' Compensation case, additionally we also consider whether their is a viable Negligence Action, Social Security, and/or a Disability retirement case.We value the service we provide to our clients, in obtaining medical treatments, prescription drugs, mileage reimbursements and most importantly educating our client about the law. Our staff is always available by phone, email and text. We encourage face to face meetings before, during and after the case(s) are complete.To stay current we are active members of the the Injured Workers\' Bar Association of New York ( IWBA ). I have served as President and remain a director. We also actively work with the New York State Bar Association Workers Compensation Division and local groups concerned with Injured worker issues. Presently I am co-chair of the New York workers Compensation Alliance.
