   Directly supervised a 6-member joint team charged with fielding, operating & maintaining $122M in information technology network hardware & software assets comprising 7 classified/bilateral network enclaves in support of 9K intelligence community users within the USEUCOM & USAFRICOM combatant command HQ campus’ as well as 104 United States Embassy locations globally.Major accomplishments in this role include:• Chaired privileged user account focus group developing procedures to reduce in-processing timeline by 77% for new technicians from 3 months to 3 weeks.• Standardized campus LAN remodeling IP schemes, leading the changes to standardize VLANS, summarizing IPv4 space and coordinating downtime across Europe & Africa.• Led a two-member travel team to restore network outage at a remote national intelligence cell by reconfiguring existing equipment & restoring full site connectivity within 48 hours.• Co-led the enterprise operations and testing of IBNS 2.0 for 802.1X deployment with Cisco ISE, utilizing HPNA scripting for device configurations.• Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting TACACS+, ISE, and to secure network devices in accordance with industry best practices meeting DISA security technical implementation guide(STIG) compliance.• Engineered 15 Tier-1 sites for tech refreshes, upgrading to OSPF across GRE tunnels and L3 VPNs.• Implemented the agency\'s first Star Link tactical network entry point standing up 3 austere sites in support of 3 multi-national teams and analysis of captured foreign equipment.• Authored install procedure allowing 3 regions to install Cisco Unified Call Manager Logs providing essential toolkit to prepare for command cyber readiness inspection. We were the first organization to pass the new inspection criteria.
