He supported programs including Commercial Crew, ISS, Orion, and Space Shuttle, and led the development of a comprehensive anti‑counterfeiting program and several IT tools that strengthened procurement quality and supply‑chain operations. Will holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from UTEP, a certificate in Data Analytics from The George Washington University, and multiple NASA certifications.
