As a construction manager at a relatively young design-build commercial construction company, my responsibilities have been quite varied. I have had the opportunity to coordinate design, prepare project and subcontractor contracts and cost estimates, submit proposals and execute projects. I am involved in developing new construction opportunities, establishing and maintaining customer relationships and developing client and subcontractor relationships. As a manager at a smaller company, I have had the unique ability to wear multiple hats!(Check out the photos below of our office renovation I managed and completed in May 2013.)
