Served as a team leader in C&W Agency Leasing Services, directing leasing efforts for a 2.8 msf Class “A” office portfolio with multiple institutional owners. Bill has extensive transaction experience as both a Tenant and Landlord representative. He has represented and negotiated lease transactions on behalf of prominent global real estate owners such as: American International Group (AIG), Boeing, Deutsche Bank (RREEF), Maersk Inc, Prudential Insurance Group, Inland American, Wells Fargo and LaSalle Investment Management. This experience has given him a unique vantage point from which to serve his clients at C&W. Bill’s expertise in marketing, transaction negotiations and management of real estate has produced exceptional results, while mitigating occupancy risks and providing a long-term strategic vision for his clients. Bill brings over 28-years of broad-based real estate experience. He has provided acquisition and disposition, strategies, development, transaction management, project management, and property management. He has advised and brokered over 850 office and industrial lease transactions ranging from SF to SF delivering strategic guidance to high profile corporations as well as small entrepreneurial businesses.
