Engagements have included acquisitions, capital formation, management buy-outs, and private equity transactions, as well as numerous strategic assessment and business development projects. This new entity is focused on drilling and developing several large conventional Smackover formation oil prospects on land in Alabama that were discovered by the parent company using its patented technology- Financial advisor to prepare several private placement memorandums used to raise equity capital for a small private exploration company focused on drilling conventional natural gas prospects on land in south Texas and to support the company\'s board on governance and shareholder matters- Acting CFO of an energy tech startup based on a patented cellular tank array concept for storage of cryogenic liquids under moderate pressures with potential applications in distributed LNG and greener pressurized LNG.
