I’m and experienced Project Controller currently part of a multimillion-pound contract supporting mission-critical combat systems for the UK Navy\'s surface fleet. Applying LCM (lifecycle management) principles, I manage time (scheduling, monthly reporting, replans, descoping), cost (actuals analysis, contract status reporting, SSRO) and quality (right first time, learn from experience). I establish, analyse, and report key control metrics, developing baseline schedules, generating accurate forecasts and conducting project performance analytics (EVM, actuals analysis, resource demand vs. supply, due date performance). I provide clear insights to support project decision-making, translating data sets into a narrative for reporting into senior leadership reviews.Proficient in managing high volumes of TAFs and RFQs, ensuring change management adherence and meticulous documentation.I’m responsible for risk management, ensuring SMART mitigations and promoting a positive risk culture, including opportunity and LFE (Learn from Experience) capture.
